Lead Renovator, Repair, & Painting Initial - Raymond - 12/7/22
This one-day (8 hour) course is designed for individuals seeking certification to engage in lead-based paint activities. Contractors, maintenance workers, and others performing renovation, repair and painting projects in buildings constructed prior to 1978 must be certified. This course includes lectures, demonstrations, hands-on activities, course review, and a written examination.

Lead Renovator, Repair, & Painting Refresher - Raymond - 12/8/22
This half-day (4 hour) course is designed for individuals seeking recertification to engage in lead-based paint activities. This refresher course was developed by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Office of Pollution Prevention and Toxics, in partnership with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Office of Healthy Homes and Lead Hazard Control.

Lead Supervisor Initial - Starkville - 12/12/22-12/15/22
This four-day (32 hour) course is for individuals seeking certification as a Lead Supervisor. This course is MDEQ approved and meets the requirements for lead abatement supervisor per 40CFR745 Subpart L This 32-hour course, through lecture and hands-on training teaches students that plan on overseeing a lead abatement project. The Supervisor course covers topics covered in the worker class, thus allowing the supervisor to perform as a worker. Additional topics covered in the supervisor course are contract planning, project management site preparation, executing the abatement plan and recordkeeping.
